We get very few support calls and those we do get are almost always due to connectivity (e.g. broadband) or server problems.

The good news is that we're here if you need us.

You're in good hands

We have a resilient system with datacentres throughout the world.  These are strategically located to ensure a localised disaster doesn't affect your e-mail delivery.  In addition we can expand seamlessly into the global 'cloud' of computers which also means our capacity is virtually infinite.

Our servers are monitored 24/7, every day of the year, and we are alerted immediately in the event of potential problems.

Before you call us

As we've mentioned already, almost all support calls we receive are due to external factors.  These include internet connectivity problems or clients' mail server issues.

Ask your IT support team to check your system first in the event of e-mail problems.
